Join Common Room Coworking for an intimate, cocktail-style fundraiser for Food is Free, a nonprofit that provides food assistance to our Solano County friends and neighbors.
Guests will enjoy an open-reception tasting experience pairing seasonal small bites with wine or NA pairings. Take part in our Teacup Raffle featuring local prizes, connect with fellow community champions, and hear firsthand about the growing impact of Food is Free’s emergency food initiatives.
Event is located at 521 1st St in Benicia. This is a second floor location with stairs-only access.
What is Food is Free Solano?
Food is Free Solano, also known as Food is Free Bay Area, is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides food assistance to an average of 20,000 people per month in Benicia, Vallejo, and the rest of Solano County.
With a small team and a tiny budget, they offer food pantry distributions, summer meal programs for kids, and free mobile food markets at senior centers and other locations. Food is Free also rescues thousands of pounds of food every month from local grocery stores - food that would have gone to waste.
