Common Room Coworking provides high-quality workspace and professional community to remote workers, students, business owners, freelancers, and meeting hosts in Solano County. Our members are from Benicia, Vallejo, Martinez, and Fairfield. Common Room is a flexible community. Our members have 7 days a week access, and punchcard users can select any day of the week. No desk reservations are required - just come in, use the space that works best for you, and get to work.

Absolutely! We have bookable rooms available free of charge for your louder or more confidential meetings, and you’re welcome to take other calls respectfully in our main space. Many people also take calls on our patio.

Our workstations are fully equipped, sit-stand desks with monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and laptop stands. We also have cafe-style tables for those who prefer that setup.

Wifi is provided to all guests. We have the best internet in town! Our 1.2 gbps enterprise-level connection can handle your calls, webinars, premium software usage, and remote servers. Our internet is password-protected with premium security features.

Yes! Most people do come and go during the day. Do some work at Common Room, then go walk your dog, grab lunch, and come back - we’re here for you! Our members often leave their laptops and belongings in our space when they come and go, which is a nice perk.

Common Room is open seven days a week. We’re also open early (5:30AM) and late (8PM). That way you can work, study, or host meetings any time that is convenient for you.

Common Room offers the only Virtual Office program in Benicia, allowing business owners to register their businesses at a unique street address at our location and receive mail. Unlike the UPS Store, you can apply for a Benicia business license at our location and not have to list your home address as well.

Common Room members may host guests for accompanied meetings in our conference room for no additional charge. Guest hosting privileges are not included in day pass punchcards.

None of them! Common Room is a “boutique coworking space” - a small business with a single location. The owner is a Benicia resident and works out of the space.

Nope! We’ve all been stuck in a gym contract we can’t get out of, and it’s no fun. Common Room is flexible: our memberships bill month-to-month, and you just let us know by the 1st of the month if you need to cancel. The only exception is our private office memberships.
