Common Room Coworking is a locally owned coworking space in Benicia, California.
We provide high-quality workspace and professional community to remote workers, small business owners, and students. Our members are from Benicia, Vallejo, and across Solano and Contra Costa counties, and work in a range of fields including tech, finance, marketing, and nonprofit.
Our location on First Street in Benicia is the perfect place to spend a workday - a block from the waterfront path, and steps away from restaurants, cafes, and shops.
People also love our super fast wifi, calm and friendly environment, sit-stand workstations, and free coffee and tea.
Common Room offers conference room rentals for client and work meetings. These are included in our membership, and are offered at a low hourly rate for non-members.
Membership
At Common Room, we aim to meet all of our members’ professional needs.
Our flex membership offers full access to Common Room from 5:30AM - 8PM, seven days a week. It includes use of fully equipped sit/stand workstations, café spaces, and an outdoor patio. Our members can also host clients and meetings in our conference rooms for free or discounted rates.
Members enjoy discounted rates at local businesses through our Member Perks Program, and a variety of professional and social events.
Day Pass Punchcards
For our occasional guests from in and out of town, Common Room offers day pass punchcards.
Punchcard guests enjoy access to fully equipped sit/stand workstations, café spaces, and an outdoor patio. They may take calls in private rooms, but client hosting privileges are reserved for members.
Day passes are from 8:30am-5pm on the day of visit, unless otherwise arranged.
